Life Yoga Studio is a community-focused wellness space in Milton, Ontario where people build strength, focus and confidence through yoga and reformer Pilates. We support every student’s journey with expert guidance and a welcoming community.

$33 for 15 days unlimited yoga. Get comfortable, meet all the instructors, make friends, and find your favourite classes.

Choose from a variety of classes. Our team is standing by to create a game plan with you, or you can book on your own.
