Service Description

Special Guest Stephanie will begin by guiding you through an emotional body scan, intention cultivation, as well and sharing circle followed by a Sacral, Heart and Third eye align and enhance breathwork/ guided chant & meditation. This workshop will finish with a crystal singing bowl soundbath to seal the session and send you off feeling deliciously wonderful with the goal to clear, align, energize the goddess energy through the chakra system. A yogi's dream!
