Service Description
Yin Yang Yoga is a fun and inspiring class that will give you variety while conditioning your Mind, Body and Soul. You will get a wonderful Vinyasa session the first half of class to strengthen and tone muscles. The second half of class will be a calming Yin Yoga session for deep stretching and to relieve mental and physical stress.This class is for students who are ready to explore fun ways to incorporate Yoga in your day! All levels welcome and encouraged.

Cancellation Policy
All classes cancelled less than 1 hour before the start time will be deducted from your pass. For members & Intro pass holders, a late cancellation/no show fee of $20 will be charged. Classes may be cancelled in the event there is an emergency with the instructor or studio, low sign ups or an act of God. If this happens, we will credit you back your session if you are on a 5, 10, 20 class pass. If you are on unlimited, your booking will only be cancelled since your pass is unlimited. We appreciate your understanding under the extenuating circumstances. In the event of an emergency, please contact management directly at info@lifeyogastudio.com Only one (1) emergency cancellation per year will apply. Emergency cancellation is at the discretion of Management, otherwise penalty will be applied.
