A Meditation only class. A sweet mixture of guided and silent Meditation to help you quiet your mind and calm your nervous system. Meditation is scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression with regular practice. A delicious way to treat yourself!

Cancellation Policy

Yoga Classes can be booked up to 4 days in advanced. All classes cancelled less than 1 hour before the start time will be deducted from your pass. For members & Intro pass holders, a late cancellation/no show fee of $20 will be charged. In the event of an emergency, please contact management directly at info@lifeyogastudio.com Only one (1) emergency cancellation per year will apply. Emergency cancellation is at the discretion of Management, otherwise penalty will be applied.
