Service Description

Seniors have a unique physiology and need special considerations in Yoga in order to practice safely. In this training you will gain powerful insights on how the body evolves with time, injury considerations and modifications. You will earn a certificate of Completion through Life Yoga Academy. This program is part of our Yoga Teacher Training program and will earn you 6 Continuing Education Credits through the Yoga Alliance if you ar an instructor. This course open to the public!
