Service Description

In this training, we will learn the fundamentals of sequencing, modifications, assists and foundational practices so that you learn how to confidently teach and practice yoga on your own. Sequencing is an art and we are here to teach you! This course will earn you 6 Continuing Education credits with the Yoga Alliance. This course is open to the public and as part of our Yoga Teacher Training Program.
