Service Description

Join Lisa for a nourishing evening of connection and sacred ceremony. You will receive a guided Chakra balancing mediation connecting to the bodies energy centers & we will mindfully breathe & explore restorative yoga for the body, mind and spirit exploring deeper states of healing, relaxation and awareness. A enchanted elemental sound bath (with wind chimes, drums, shakers, gong, crystal & Tibetan bowls to name a few) will be performed and Shamanic Reiki will be offered in circle to open our hearts, release physical, emotional and energetic blockages in the body. The evening will close with journaling & community connection though oracle cards an and an offering of a nurturing healing tea. Lisa looks forward to meeting you on your mat!
