Join Alia Allaway Owner of Life Yoga Studio in this free, interactive online workshop and learn how yoga can help you overcome anxiety. Alia will share details of her personal struggles with anxiety and her journey to recovery with Yoga Training, herbs and nutrition. You will be inspired to take control of this debilitating dis-ease by starting a yoga journey of your own. We often hear in media and from doctors that yoga can help but how exactly? Alia will help you create an action plan to better health and state of being. You will leave with material to keep you inspired on your journey.

“Why is this workshop free? Because it’s my Dharma (duty, virtue) to serve our students and to help create more fulfilling lives by sharing my personal experiences and knowledge. My past suffering and road to recovery will be shared so that you know you are not alone, that you are loved and that you have more strength than you know”
This workshop is available to everyone in all walks of life. Students and non-students alike. Ages 16 and up welcome.
Please bring a notebook and dress comfortably. We will not be doing any yoga. This is a talk workshop.
