Class Descriptions & Levels

Hatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga is a well rounded yoga class where you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. This class is for all levels and our talented instructors will give variations for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. The goal is to have you feeling like you just did a great workout and massage all in one! Restorative Yoga: Had a long week, month or year? Relax your mind, body and soul with this candle-lit restorative session assisted with blankets, bolsters and pillows that will give you space to melt into comfortable, soothing poses. Your eyes will be closed as you welcome the comfort of restoration for 3-7 minutes per pose. This is a grounded practice so there will be no standing poses. We have a full line of props to make this practice a delicious one! All levels. Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa is a movement based yoga practice. We add flows between poses to give you dynamic transitions which creates a humble challenge & heat in the body. These sequences are introduced in Moderate, Intermediate and Advanced so you can grow with this class! This class will allow you to work with your breath and movement to create a practice that also activates the muscles that don't get as much loves as the bigger ones. Always fun, always rewarding! If you are a novice, please call our studio to discuss participating in this class so we can gauge your experience. Yin Yang Yoga: Yin Yang Yoga is a fun and inspiring class that will give you variety while conditioning your Mind, Body and Soul. You will get a wonderful Vinyasa session the first half of class to strengthen and tone muscles. The second half of class will be a calming Yin Yoga session for deep stretching and to relieve mental and physical stress.This class is for students who are ready to explore fun ways to incorporate Yoga in your day! All levels welcome and encouraged. Yoga w Free Weights: Yoga with Free Weights will give you that extra "ooooh, ahhhh, ouch" that you so desire. This class combines yoga with a free weights routine and will have you burning calories with butt lifting, leg toning, arm fab-ing workout..... with the poise of Yoga, of course. Hatha Flow: Hatha Flow is Vinyasa's little sister and Hatha's big brother. It is a standard yoga class which incorporates flow between poses offering a fluid transition and kicks up your practice a few notches which makes it a happy medium between Hatha and Vinyasa. This is suitable for all levels but it is recommended that Beginners have done a Hatha class 2-3 times in the weeks leading up to a Hatha Flow class.
