Janina, Lead Trainer YTT, RYT200, Prenatal & Trauma Yoga Certified
Over ten years ago, Janina turned to practice yoga as a way to relax and have some downtime from looking after her two very active young children. Just one downward-facing dog posture (asana), she was captivated by the calmness and inner peace she found in herself. After that first yoga class, she realized teaching of yoga was her calling in life. One of her favourite aspect of practicing yoga is the amazing transformation and healing that take place both physically and emotionally. Andrea, RYT200, Reiki I & II
Hi, I’m Andrea! I’m a mom to two young kids and our family lives a healthy life through clean eating and outdoor living. I was introduced to yoga several years ago when I was doing a lot of long-distance running to help me stretch and strengthen with the goal of preventing injuries. Health and wellness have always been an important part of my life and I quickly saw the benefits of regular yoga practice. I decided to take my Yoga Teacher Training to deepen my practice and take it to the classroom, as I have been an elementary school teacher for over 15 years and teaching is a real passion of mine. I completed my Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hour training (RYT200) with Life Yoga Studio and am registered with the Yoga Alliance. I am also a Reiki Level 2 practitioner so am able to offer energy healing alongside my yoga classes. I look forward to sharing my learnings within the wellness space.

Laura, RYT 200
Hi, I'm Laura! After struggling with anxiety and panic attacks in my 20s, I discovered yoga and have now been practicing for over a decade. I love how yoga helps me understand myself on deeper, more subtle levels where there is always something new to learn and explore. I am also fascinated by the mind-body-soul connection and how there is so much more to the practice than just the poses. I like to encourage self-compassion and tuning in to your body's wisdom during my classes. When I'm not doing yoga I love going on hikes, drinking coffee, and having dance parties with my kids. I look forward to meeting you and guiding you through your practice!
Audrey, RYT 200
As a life-long learner and educator, I have been in the education field since 2004 working as an Elementary School Teacher. I have a degree in Biological Science and I began my yoga journey in 2006. In 2018, I completed my 200 hour YTT. Teaching yoga has become a passion of mine as it enables me to bring out positive and life changing experiences for my students. For me, with each yoga class, it provides a unique opportunity to reflect, grow, both mentally and physically all while creating a sense of gratitude. After these experiences, it became a goal of mine to provide those for others in the completion of my teacher training. I also love the connection to self, others and the environment that yoga can bring about. Some other hobbies of mine are, swimming, crafting, reading, and travelling. My two daughters are a huge part in my life and help keep me grounded.
