HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga is a well rounded yoga class where you move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness. This class is for all levels and our talented instructors will give variations for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. The goal is to have you feeling like you just did a great workout and massage all in one!
