Service Description
We’ve blended classic Mat Pilates with Calisthenics to create a workout that’s equal parts strength, sweat, and seriously fun. You’ll move, flow, and fire up your muscles in ways that keep your body guessing and your energy high. It’s dynamic, it’s creative, and it’s designed to leave you feeling strong, sculpted, and just the right amount of sore. Basically, it’s Pilates… but with extra personality!
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
All classes cancelled less than 1 hour before the start time will be deducted from your pass. For members & Intro pass holders, a late cancellation/no show fee of $20 will be charged. Classes may be cancelled in the event there is an emergency with the instructor or studio, low sign ups or an act of God. If this happens, we will credit you back your session if you are on a 5, 10, 20 class pass. If you are on unlimited, your booking will only be cancelled since your pass is unlimited. We appreciate your understanding under the extenuating circumstances. In the event of an emergency, please contact management directly at info@lifeyogastudio.com Only one (1) emergency cancellation per year will apply. Emergency cancellation is at the discretion of Management, otherwise penalty will be applied.
