Our experienced instructors will guide you through each pose in the heated room, allowing you to deepen your practice and increase your flexibility. Cancellation Policy

Yoga Classes can be booked up to 4 days in advanced. All classes cancelled less than 1 hour before the start time will be deducted from your pass. For members & Intro pass holders, a late cancellation/no show fee of $20 will be charged. In the event of an emergency, please contact management directly at info@lifeyogastudio.com Only one (1) emergency cancellation per year will apply. Emergency cancellation is at the discretion of Management, otherwise penalty will be applied.
