Service Description
Beginning a yoga practice can be intimidating but we are here to help. This class will guide you through basic poses and transitions. A class suitable for Beginners and those looking for a gentle practice. We welcome questions during this practice to help you build a yoga practice. You can expect a lot of Teacher - Student connection during this class. Fun and interactive!

Cancellation Policy
All classes cancelled less than 1 hour before the start time will be deducted from your pass. For members & Intro pass holders, a late cancellation/no show fee of $20 will be charged. Classes may be cancelled in the event there is an emergency with the instructor or studio, low sign ups or an act of God. If this happens, we will credit you back your session if you are on a 5, 10, 20 class pass. If you are on unlimited, your booking will only be cancelled since your pass is unlimited. We appreciate your understanding under the extenuating circumstances. In the event of an emergency, please contact management directly at info@lifeyogastudio.com Only one (1) emergency cancellation per year will apply. Emergency cancellation is at the discretion of Management, otherwise penalty will be applied.
