Service Description
Had a long week, month or year? Relax your mind, body and soul with this candle-lit restorative session assisted with blankets, bolsters and pillows that will give you space to melt into comfortable, soothing poses. Your eyes will be closed as you welcome the comfort of restoration for 3-7 minutes per pose. This is a grounded practice so there will be no standing poses. *We recommend purchasing your own props for this class, however, we will modify for students without props. Props enhance this delicious practice so please contact our studio to purchase your kit.

Cancellation Policy
All classes cancelled less than 1 hour before the start time will be deducted from your pass. For members & Intro pass holders, a late cancellation/no show fee of $20 will be charged. Classes may be cancelled in the event there is an emergency with the instructor or studio, low sign ups or an act of God. If this happens, we will credit you back your session if you are on a 5, 10, 20 class pass. If you are on unlimited, your booking will only be cancelled since your pass is unlimited. We appreciate your understanding under the extenuating circumstances. In the event of an emergency, please contact management directly at info@lifeyogastudio.com Only one (1) emergency cancellation per year will apply. Emergency cancellation is at the discretion of Management, otherwise penalty will be applied.
