Service Description
Think of this as your first date with the Reformer. Like a chance to get to know each other. We’ll slow things down, show you how the springs and straps work, and guide you through the moves so you feel comfortable, not confused. This class is all about learning the ropes, finding your rhythm, and realizing that yes, Pilates really does work muscles you forgot existed! Ask questions and explore our Merrithew V2 Max Professional Reformers. It’s perfect if you’re brand new, finding your flow or just curious what all the Reformer buzz is about. You’ll walk out taller, stronger, and maybe even a little addicted.

Cancellation Policy
All classes cancelled less than 8 hours before the start time, or any no-shows will be deducted from your pass. For Monthly Auto-Debit Members & Intro Pass holders, a late cancellation/no show fee of $25 will be charged. In the event of an emergency, please contact management directly at info@lifeyogastudio.com Only one (1) emergency cancellation per year will apply. Emergency cancellation is at the discretion of Management, otherwise penalty will be applied. PLEASE NOTE: There is a maximum of 1 (one) Reformer booking per day to allow other members to join that day. This includes waitlisted classes as well. Please do not book one class and waitlist another on the same day. All classes booked on the same day in addition to the first class booked will be automatically deleted. You are welcome to book a second class in the fitness studio. Classes may be cancelled in the event there is an emergency with the instructor or studio, low sign ups or an act of God. If this happens, we will credit you back your session if you are on a 5, 10, 20 class pass. If you are on unlimited, your booking will only be cancelled since your pass is unlimited. We appreciate your understanding under the extenuating circumstances.
