You will be training with Leah Hurst, Shaman and Reiki Master. As a Reiki Practitioner, you will be able to offer Reiki Healing services and build an equitable practice assisting clients and loved ones once your Level 2 Certificate is earned. Teachings are based on the Mikao Usui tradition and throughout the training, Mother Owl will also share gentle insights from shamanic views, bringing an added perspective on our connection to nature, energy, and the wisdom within. Level 1 - The history of Reiki - The principles of Reiki and the importance of these precepts - Introduction into chakras and what chakra balancing is about - Crystal Healing Introduction – Animal Reiki Introduction - Reiki Attunements - Guided Meditations - Self treatments - Learn the hand positions and symbols - Giving a treatment to yourself, others and animals - First & Second-Degree Reiki Certificate Level 2 - 6 Reiki Level II Symbols and what each symbol is used for and how they are used. - Techniques for providing Reiki Treatments for others - Practical experience providing a distance healing - Receive a Reiki treatment - Receive your own personal manual (see below) - Learn about energetic chords and removing them - Guided meditations - Receive a 2nd Degree Attunement - Learn mental and emotional healing techniques - Learn about working with animals with Level II - Learn long distance healing techniques - Second Degree Certificate Wear comfortable clothing, yoga mat, cushion to sit on, etc. and bring something edible for a snack and your water bottle. A few light snacks will also be provided. It is a wonderful day of exploration, learning and fun.
