Our Restorative and Yoga Nidra Teacher Training offers a gentle yet powerful deep dive into the art and science of relaxation. This program is created for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and devoted students who want to understand how supported stillness and guided rest can soothe the nervous system, soften chronic tension, and create emotional spaciousness. You will explore how Restorative postures use props and precise setup to nurture the body, and how Yoga Nidra leads students through layers of awareness to access a quiet, healing state of consciousness. Throughout the training, you will learn the physiology behind relaxation, the psychology of rest, and the practical methods needed to guide truly transformative classes. If you want to help students unwind in a world that asks too much of them, support recovery, or cultivate inner peace through slow, intentional practices, this training gives you the clarity, structure, and confidence to do exactly that. This training welcomes both the public and certified teachers, and Yoga Alliance professionals can earn CEC credits upon completion.
